28. Quality of water: Water distributed by a waterworks service must at all times be in conformity with the quality standards prescribed in the Regulation respecting the quality of drinking water (chapter Q-2, r. 40).
This section applies in a reserved area or an agricultural zone established under the Act respecting the preservation of agricultural land and agricultural activities (chapter P-41.1). (O.C. 1160-84)
